Finding your affiliate links is simple.  They can be found inside your Kartra account:

To get your affiliate link log into your Kartra affiliate account. 

Once logged in, do the following:

1. In the left navigation bar click My Affiliate Promos
2. On the top navigation bar click Promotions 
3. On the top navigation drop-down click Promotions​
4. Select the product either by clicking on the product’s icon or choosing from the drop-down menu on the far right-hand side.
5. ​Click on the MY LINK icon under the drop-down menu on the far right-hand side.
6. Click on Your Affiliate Link, copy it and send it!

Once you have created your affiliate account, you will have access to your own affiliate portal. This is where you set up your payment details so we can pay you your commissions.

1. Login to your Kartra affiliate account

2. Select “Payment", then "Payment Settings” (top menu)

3. Under Payment method, select “Change” 

4. Choose the payment method you prefer: Paypal or Bank Wire (check/cheque is unavailable)

5. Complete the relevant details under each of these options and "Save"

You are then all set to go to start getting paid! At anytime, if you need to change your payment method, you can through your portal.

Want to change your email? No problem! 

You can easily update the email address associated with your affiliate account. Your email can be changed by doing the following:

1. Log in to your Kartra affiliate account: https://app.kartra.com/affiliate/products 
2. Click on your avatar image in the top-right corner of your account, then click on Profile
3. Edit the Email field, then click Save in the top-right corner 
4. You’ll then be prompted to provide the answer to your security question

The preferred payment method for commissions is Paypal and you’ll need a PayPal business account in order to be paid.

To get started with your PayPal business account, go here:  https://www.paypal.com/business
 
Once you’ve set up your Paypal business account, you’ll need to set this up in your Kartra account as your preferred payment method. 
 
To do this:

1. Navigate to your Kartra affiliate account account PAYMENT SETTINGS: https://app.kartra.com/affiliate/payment_settings/
2. Under Payment Method - Click  the CHANGE button on the far right-hand side. 
3. Click on the PayPal icon. 
4. Click the Connect PayPal button. 
5. Follow the steps to connect your PayPal address to your Kartra account. 
6. Once successful, under WHAT'S YOUR PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD? Choose PayPal. 

 
While there are other payment options available, we only pay affiliates on the 15th of the month via their PayPal business account. Currently, we do not pay affiliates via other methods.

The Affiliate pay schedule runs on a monthly basis. All of our affiliates are reviewed manually, which means timings can differ from month to month. However, that being said, we aim to get all of our qualifying Affiliates paid at the end of each month, or as close to those dates as possible.

Can't log in? Here are some common issues that may have occurred: 

1. If you’re using the login screen you will need to enter your email address or username (aka your “domain nickname”). If your email address isn’t working, try your username instead.
2. If you’re copying and pasting your password, make sure you haven’t copied extra spaces at the beginning or end of the string of text. 
3. If you’re typing your password, make sure all the characters are accurate. It’s very common to mistake a lowercase “L” with an uppercase “i” or a “zero” for the letter “O”.
4. If you didn’t select a username (domain nickname) after checkout or were unable to complete your account setup, please submit a helpdesk ticket and select “Billing” as the department. 

If you’re having difficulty logging in or you can’t remember your password, you can reset it. 

1. Go to the login screen found here [app.kartra.com/login].
2. Click the Forgot Password link at the bottom. 
3. You’ll see a pop-up prompting you for your username. Enter your username (not your email), and click Reset Password. You’ll then receive a reset password email. 

Note: The email should be in your inbox within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, please check your spam and/or promotion folders. 

Once you click the reset password link in the email, you’ll be given a temporary password. Next, please do the following:

1. Copy the password (you’ll need this later!) and click the “Proceed to Login” button. 
2. Log in to your account using the temporary password
   1. To change the temporary password:
      1. Click "Change.”
      2. Enter the temporary password, your new password, and your security answer.
      3. Click on the pencil edit button next to the password. 
      4. Navigate to “My Profile.”
